Today checkin time.
After that I will train push in Top Gym Vienna probably focusing on the HS flatbenchpress and the HS Shoulderpress afterwards plus the dipmachine as my 3 main moves.

After that I will do some posing with my autumn clients , cause I like to start posing very early with my beginners so they are ready to present the best package onstage in autumn. -
@ Mike only in contest prep I wouldn‘t see any reason for a healthy human to take this on a daily basis

Today is restday which is very much needed. Since we dropped cals I feel smashed the whole day sleep a lot and really focus on puttung all my focus on training performance.

Pullday today.
I am fucking smashed of yesterdays legworkout.
Today I focused of machines and trying not to load anything of my legs or lower back.
Machine rows singlearm 2 sets 1 heavy 1 backoff
Nautilus Pullovermachine 2 highrepsets
Hexbarrows 2 sets same weight 13 reps
another machine row 2 sets
reardelt pull 3 sets
incline bench curls 3 sets
reverse barbell curls 2 dropsets.Now having one pt after that I probably will sleep the whole day feeling absolutely smashed.

legextensions with 2-3 sec isohold 2 sets
calfraises seated 3 sets 10-15 reps.I love to train that way and with Val, he has the same mindset as me and we push each other to our limits each session we do together.
Also very good to have somebody in the last weeks to put away the fucking plates???? as I am outta breath and dizzy after each workset. -
???? Full not really but I don‘t care. It‘s gonna be a little flat first to get very crispy :).

Stefan and me decided to drop the kcals to 3400/3100 train/non training days to get the last bit of fat off of me.

Did a fullbodyworkout. Submax to get back into my groove.
Leg extensions 3 sets
Legpress widestance 3 sets
Incline chestpress 3 sets
Side raises machine 3 sets
Reverse grip latpulldown 3 sets
Triceps overhead extensions 3 sets
Biceps highcurler 3 sets
Reverse butterfly 3 setsThat was it for today felt good to pump some blood back into my muscles.
Tomorrow check-in with Stefan I think we gonna go down with the kcals to get the last fat off. -
Another day at home… luckily no dry cough through the night so I could sleep very well.
I try to rest up as much as possible to be back in the gym as soon as possible.
4 weeks and 4 days till the first competition.
Excited to be back onstage but also thinking a lot about if I can be at my best at the austrian open which I really want to be.
It‘s a mental
challenge but I‘ve never been one to shy away from a challenge.
So get healthy as fast as possible
and back to training is the main goal now. -

I am getting more and more angry about people going to the gym with a cold and infecting others with their shit????. -
How long was your previous offseason leading up to this show?
Also what stage weight are you estimating you’ll be this time?

Last comp was in autumn 2017 where I weighed 100/101 kgs at my lowest at the Nabba Universe where I finihed third to Josh Maley and Andrew Pickering.This time round Stefan forecasted 104,… kgs
Which I think pretty much nails it.
For the BB competitions.For the proqualifier I have to be 100kgs at the weigh in.
