Just a normal day with the family.

8. crunches bodyweight 3 sets maxAfter that we did the nabba posing seminar where we introduced the newcomers into the quarterturns and mandatories.
After that I am pretty exhausted had some kind of hypoglycemia and antedated a meal to fix that.Now time to relax and rest.

Today is restday, I was looking forward to this one today, the last sessions were very intense.
Today there is a meeting with a new sponsor of mine and some home office. I will take a good rest because tomorrow I am gonna train push with Michael and afterwards we are doing the Nabba posing seminar in Topgym Vienna for all the newcomers this springseason.It is always a pleasure to give something back because noone of us is being payed for this and we just want everybody to learn to present themselves perfectly onstage.

Saturday, tomorrow also check in with my coach Stefan because we are 5 weeks out now and it’s time to pull the rest of all the shit off me to come in crisp and dry which is my “strong part” -
I always check in with my clients with pictures and weight because I don’t think just focusing on the scale is a good thing.
I would say something like 0,5-1kg per month. Sure that’s not a linear thing maybe they get up 3 kgs and then tidy that up and if the shape and bodyfat is acceptable, plus they struggle with strengthprogression I will up their kcals mainly based on carbs. -

Time to rest up.I try to take a one hour nap after my post post meal.
That serves me very well, otherwise I couldn’t work as intense as I do right now. -

HGH when did you start using it and what do you feel that it have added to your physique? ????????
I used it now for a long time I think since 2018
It adds nothing to your physique, the only thing it does it speeds up your recovery process so you can train even harder and more frequent then before.I wouldn’t advise taking gh for “growth” reasons, you will be disappointed. If you train very hard and need a better recovery process and maxed out all the other items( nutrition, health supps, sleep,…)
Then it’s useful. -
Today was restday.
Hunger was pretty high.
Did a lot if video work for my website get-imp.com and my youtubechannel.I really try to provide a lot of content each week and share my experiences.
Did a little foodshopping today went for some eggwhites and veggies.I am really looking forward to try PREPARE very soon 🙂

I am not a doctor but I would get this checked for sure if it limits your performance.
I have good experiences with these nose stripes throughout the night helped me improve my breathing through the nose. -
I think you might need some structure in your plan mate.
If you already loose weight with the calories consumed and the activity levels throughout the day you don’t need to do cardio, if your weight is stuck add some and see where the scale is moving.
Don’t forget to give you body enough rest high cortisol from making yourself too much stress can diminish your fatloss.So stay calm, try to find out if you are in a deficit or at maintenance cals then make moves accordingly.

Honestly sometimes I question something in the first place then I question it whilst doing it and after doing it I say to myself I told you it was a bad idea????????????♂️. -
Today’s workout LEGS:
1. leg extensions
2. legpress
3.squats which was a dumb idea in the first place (won’t do that again) lower back very sore from yesterday’s pullday(rdls)
4.hipthrusts
5.bulgarian splitsquats in a deadlift machine which was very nice.
6.adductors superset
7. adductors
8. calfraisesAll in all a very good workout.
reps on the higher half, 10 and 15
2 sets each exercise. -
Depends what f you are in a deficit or surplus.
In a surplus if you can get all the calories in to still gain or maintain weight it’s a superb thing for gut health
But I think if you don’t eat from bedtime 11pm to 11am that’s fair enough
