How strict are you with meal timing? Following any special timing routine with pre, intra, post, post-post or just making sure to get all the meals in?
Meal timing pre intra post and post post are strict the others I get in when I want to but after them there are only 2 more meals so???? easy to fit in.
I always wakeup at 8-9am and go to bed at 11pm.

I added another daytime nap nowso I sleep after my pwo meal and in the afternoon another half an hour.
I feel I need it. -

Rdl‘s was beltless so a good PR for me.
Still trying to hold strength whilst weight is creepin down. -
Today was restday due to the christening of my nephew.
Was a long and exhausting day.
As prep goes on any social contact is very exhausting for me.
I like to have my routine wakeup eat
train eat sleep work and relax until it‘s time to sleep again.
I currently split my meals: 6 meals on trainingdays and 5 meals on non training days. -

I never ever cruised Inalways take everything out post comp for 3-4 months.
Offseason I had test e npp and primo but
I performed best on 700test only a week I think this varies from person to person.
700test is max for me. -

That was it for today guys.Was a decent session a few pbs in there so I am very happy how things go.
Morning weight today 107,8kg it‘s going down and getting crispier ????????That‘s what I like to see.

cut out the cardio feels like it doesn‘t do my legs any good.

Are you very active on rest days mate? Your calories are high compared to training days and what we typically se on the site.
No I am not but my body is burning like hell if I even stand up from the couch????. Also my recovery capabilities are not the best so I need the “higher kcals” to recover from the intense sessions.

I have one more question, how much cardio are you doing right now.
I have no cardio on my schedule but I do 3 times a week 20mins cardio on the bike for hearthealth (cholesterol) reasons.
