    Thanks buddy.
My first 2 comps will be Nabba Bodybuilding comps, 25.5, and 8.6. Men Class 1 where I will be about 104kg ish.
For Classic I will have to push down to 100kgs. I will have my first Classic Pro qualifier on 20th of june in Pilsen(CZECH)

And another one in Lissabon Estoril 20th of july.

As a classic Pro there is 104kgs the limit for me and as I am not that muscular that wil be a good fit for me.

Cardio is definitely something outside your daily neat, I like fixed times and if needed outputs.

Today checked in with Stefan Kienzl , we agreed that we are in time weight is at 108,6kg so we have enough time for the last few kgs.
All is coming together smoothly. Still trying to improve my mobility to get in a few classic poses for the new category I will compete in.

I would prefer an oatwhey shake over proteinbars.
I cut proteinbars as I start my prep, In an offseason sure if you want them but I would rather eat a real choclate bar than a proteinbar.
The macros are not that different IMO, Cause proteinbars always contain a lot of fat if they are low in carbs.
So I would put them aside and drink an oatwhey shake instead and if you cannot drink as a floortrainer than then you really have a bad job^^

    Hey Kevin

Could you write up and typical Push day for you?

    Typical pushday would be like
    Flat bench dumbbell presses
    Highincline Smithpress
    Dips
    seated cable flyes
    Sideraisemachine
    overhead triceps extensions
    Db sideraises
    Concentrationcurls

2-3 sets on each exercise(currently 3 cause I feel a lot better doing 3 sets and get better into the exercise at compoundlifts)
    reps 5-8,10-12 on compounds
    8-12,12-15 on isolation exercises.

Taking chest first cause it was a majorweakness
now I do a little more volume on side delts cause you can never have enough delts. Especially with as narrow clavicles as I got.

Today just another restday due to being sick but I can feel it’s getting better slowly.
I try to be as productive as I can when I cannot train.
So the whole flat is cleaned up all the laundry is fresh and working on my 3 businesses daily on the mac at home.
That’s how I try to be as productive as I can and as I am healed getting back into training and focus on the last 7 weeks of prep till my first contest.

Honestly I don’t give a shit if I can do a vacuum pose or not. The only thing I care about are the benefits.
The biggest benefit of practicing vacuums is that my waist is now 1-2 cm tighter than ever and no that’s not a bodyfat-thing(and no waisttrainershit)

Abdominal control is something that is very often neglected in modern bodybuilding. The most guys only concentrate on more, more, more muscle growth. Sure that’s good but once your belly is outta control that can ruin a physique totally.

IMO the main reasons for bad stomach control are:
-not having your digestion on point.
-food volume is too high which makes you stick your belly out the whole day.
-blowing your belly out at all exercises when training.
    -neglecting M.transversus training.

So don’t get me wrong bodybuilding should still be about who has the biggest, hardest muscles and wins the majority of the mandatories,
but abdominal control can help you to improve your physique drastically and create that so wanted illusion.

    @michael brown sure.
My usual routine of vacuum is.
The first thing in the morning 10 sets of sucking the belly in as hard as possible for as long as possible. If you can‘t do it standing try it leaning forward on a table or in a kneeling position.
Do it on an empty stomach if you are a beginner.

So current situation sitting at 110,2kg
From Thursday on I felt something is coming but now I know it for sure a little throat inflammation thingy. I will take one week off of training or at least that until all the shit is out of me.
    I always preach to
my clients never ever go training when you are sick so I will practise what I preach.
Taking some antibiotics to fix it.
I always see the benefit of that week off more time to recover before we go into the last 7 weeks before the first competition. So my fatigue levels will be highly diminished and that’s perfect to push even harder????
Always see the positive in everything
