What’s your overall approach with peds during the off season ? Looks like you keep them very basic and simple. Do you use tren at some point or only during contest prep for you ? Same for growth, with high calories do you think it’s necessary relative to price to optimise recovery ?
And about training, I’ve found on older ig posts that you made a switch for weeks on a high volume type split, what was the good/bad things about vs your actual type of training ?

them very low and basic so my body funtions and recovers properly. Tren only in comp prep no reason for me to use something so toxic in an offseason, Gh is too expensive for me to use in an offseason most likely only for prep also. Maybe if food is very high.That must have been maybe before 2016 that I trained high volume. The only thing I change now from here and there is the repranges but the volume stays the same the whole time. I like the progressive style of training and once you get into that you will never go back to another?

There are no real clinics only private doctors that do that. But I will ask for you.

I was making progress but want to focus on legs when gyms reopen, so my question is how would I make a 3 day per week split work so that I can bring up legs without completely neglecting other body parts?_________________________________________

As Michael stated above: If legs are a weakness you need to work on perfect execution and muscle mind connection first before training them more frequent. If you train them more frequent in the wrong way they will not grow more so. So 3 days a week legs sounds very hard for me to recover from maybe get them in 2 times a week but focus on perfect execution and high intensity in every single working set -

Definitely try to find the reason for the pain first before you start to experiment with medication to get rid of that.
