Just be wary that with adaptogens they can go the opposite way and raise catecholamines and increase anxiety so I would caution continuous high doses of Ashwagandha especially if its KSM-66.

    Especially closer to bedtime ????

If its just regular root extract and not a standardised form then I guess 6g would be “standard”

I’ve not seen any studies which go beyond 600mg if its full spectrum like KSM-66.

The ricecooker plus the airfryer or instantpot were a superb addition to my cooking tools. I love them I put the food in put some spices on it an it does the job in 10-20minutes for me. During this a can do more work as I am working selfemployed from home.

When closer to show day, do you cut out Intra workout or keep it all prep?

Not at this point of prep . I try to keep it in as long as possible also put my carbs around training and the most amount of them in my pwo and post pwo meal ????

@ajmorris I am really talking about 6grams 🙂 300-600mg I don‘t even recognize, but sure could depend on bodyweight. But as said studies showed superb improvements as mentioned above by taking at least 6grams.

Heavy carb meal prebed is a really good idea, You will not only benefit in your workout but your sleep will improve as well ????

Also with sideeffects I am very fortunate to not suffer from any severe shit.
Tren – no sleep issues, just some tren cough if it was a bad pin. and no anxiety or any other psychological issues.
Masteron- I loose minimal amout of hair but my head hairgrowth is huge????
Body hair I don‘t suffer from huge hair growth which I am really thankful for????.
    Fuck shaving is very annoying.

And no gyno from tren or deca either.
The only thing that I mainly suffer is a bad HDL
if test is too high in offseason and yes in prep from antioestrogens and tren

But I do cardio, citrusbergamot and cardarine to increase the HDL.
Imo nothing else really works to increase „my hdl“ if I take salmon walnuts and all the healthy fats up my ldl increases as well so the CHOL Quotient is fucked again????.
So I up my carbs if I need more energy although fats would be a lot easier to eat in an offseason(much more caloriedense)

Have a good day girls and guys????

I would start off with 3000mg if you feel a good benefit from it stay with it.
I felt I need around 6000 to real feel the benefit of calming me down postworkout and also in studies they say the optimal dosage for taking cortisol down and have some positive influence on anxiety.
But fortunately I don‘t suffer from any anxiety problems.

    today‘s pullday:
    -Bilateral latpulldown
    -unilateral DBrows
    -Rowmachine
    -Deadlifts
    -Close grip latpulldown
    -Db side raises
    -Concentration curls
    -Calfraises seated

Overall feeling was very good, strength is down a little but it‘s okei,
I feel in need a second backoffset at some isolateral exercises to real get a feel for the muscle.
    Weight was 110,2kg this morning.
So overall feeling is good ready for another week of getting better and leaner each day 🙂

Controlled BB rows are also a favorite of mine Dan????. If I go too heavy on them I see myself swinging them to much with the controlled eccentric and a little hang I feel it benefits me better.

@alberto yes I tryed it 2-3 times but not for long . I am very insulin sensitive and always have to measure blood glucose levels even intraworkout to not get hypo.
Had one legday where I finished veryvery low on bloodglucose and after that I haven‘t tryed it anymore.
I feel it disturbs my workout when I have to think am I in the right spot or not.
So for me it was never an optimal option.

@jellevdd Yes 6gramm of ashwagandha pwo calms me down so well.
As you see on my insta I always try to go balls to the wall every workout???? which is for sure not always the best way to go but that‘s how I started to grow some dense muscles, So I will stick with the basics and what works for me 🙂
