    @Mark I was always a squat guy,
But including more hacksquats and getting very strong at legextensions, that was the main part why they had been growing more and also doing more of quad exercises compared to glut and hams.
Too much frequency on legs I cannot tolerate for long cause I always go all out on the compounds and then I cannot recover from that if the legdays are too close.
But if the exercise selection is good even this is possible 🙂
So there are many reasons they got better but the main thing was just reducing hamexercises and increasing quad exercises( keeping the load off the heal)

I chose it cause I wanna support such an amazing gym which is already superb but also growing day by day on equipment and everything.
Atmosphere is good I like to train in the morning so there are not as much people as in the afternoon. I try to avoid the crowds.
I will switch between topgym and das gym cause I like them both 🙂 fightness I only had a 10daypass

@Joe Richardson very very diffucult to answer.
    I like a few physiques.
But I think everybody who fits the weightlimit is allowed to compete.
I like steve lareus very much, such a nice flowing physique but george peterson‘s back is just amazing!!
So I will try to fit the weightlimit and perform a few classic mandatorys that will be my kind of take and approach than we will see if I fit the class or not.
But I think for an openclass BB I am still not muscular enough and realistic talking I never will????

Yes digestion in my opinion is the most overlooked part when it comes to building muscle or loosing fat.
If you can’t absorb nutrients well or digest them properly you‘re in a bad position regenerationwise.

    @hilly
    Trainingdays
    1. 90gr oats , 30peanutbutter, 50 whey
    2. intraw: 75gr sustain, 18gr mps max
    3. postw 30gr cd, 50gr wheyisolate, 100gr cornflakes 300ml ricemilk
    4. 250 chicken 100rice n veggies
    5. 250 chicken 100rice 20 brazilnuts
    6. 300ml eggwhites, 3 whole eggs 30gr brazil nuts

non trai days nearly same cut out intra and post and one 50gr wheyisolat 90gr oats and 35gr peanutbutter meal in.

I like to keep it very basic as this fits my digestion very well. Which is a huge huge impact for me for my stomach control onstage.
The healthier my digestion is the whole diet through the better my breathing control and vacuum is onstage 🙂

    @ Brandon Thanks buddy.
Gear out from my last comp in october 2017- march 2018
Offseason started off with 5000 kcals and more frequently training quads cause I felt they need to improve.
    Gear was at 500test e every5d
    400 primo e5d and 50npp e3d

Food went up to 6000 until my digestion shut down, kcals went down for a minicut to 5500 and at the end of my offseason I could barely get down 5200 on training days.
Last offseason I tryed not to force food which lead to a tighter midsection and more abdominal control, digestion on point and vacuum practice helped me a lot to get my midsection where it is today.

The posing suit of 2017 is now to big cause my waist came down this far.

Will give me a more illusional look onstage

Very very looking forward to this season 🙂

I think the most important factor is as mark said if you recover in those 3 days perfect if not think about your volume and intensity of training.
There is no that’s right that’s wrong . It’s so individual and depends on your personal recovery demands.
I personally need 5-6 days inbetween ledays, cause my cns is very very fucked up after a good intense legsession.
    hope that helps????
