Caffeine may help digestion though but if your heart rate is getn too high and you can‘t eat your daily food you can‘t grow (whats mostly the point of every offseason)

Andersen with Pgf you have to be careful. Slowlt take it up from 0,04 each side see how you feel than slowly take it up to a point where you can stand it. Causes a short time inflammation in the injected area. So Sides are: Red skin around injected area, ( at higher doses: breathing gets heavy , may feel really uncomfortable like you wanna throw up, upsets your stomach and it’s literally gone kick the shit outta you so stay close to a toilet) Like Jordan said if you overdo it it’s the worst “drug” you will ever use ???? (just reminding me of my classic bb diet 2015 ) was great fun in a sadistically way.

But i think with hgh you want to get the igf as high as possible and when you combine gh with carbs the igf peak won’t be that high isn’t that a thinkover?
I think it’s perfect to inject gh than wait 15-20mins an then quick carbs to push it -

I target my outer sweep with hacks,legpress 45degree or even smithsquats standing low and close like hip wide apart to close is like too close on narrow grip bench press hurts my ankles so hip wide apart is the thing to do here i think.
