Very good legday today. After the gym I could barely walk? also had to take a huge nap after my post workout meal. Felt awesome now time for 2 restdays.

Just my thoughts if you are going back on very soon your lh and oestradiol will change anyways when you go back on. But a cleaning out phase should be long and 9months sounds very good to me. So it should reverse when you go back on

Today outdoorgym pushday @springbrunn_fitness .
First try at the panatta chestpress. Felt very good.
Today we did it with a deadstop which felt very good. Each rep with the same execution.
High incline I went a little lower in weight then normal but also felt very good to press at that angle.

Insulin can be used without gh for sure. The thing is you should really know what you are doing when you use insulin. So you really should have a bloodglucose montior to not get you into major issues. Checking bloodglucose is very important when using insulin. When I first tryed it I checked my bloodsugar pre intra and post workout and used it prew with a lot of carbs prew meal intra carb shake and pwo high carb meal. I only used the rapid one I can’t talk for the lantus one. Honestly never did anything good for me so no recommend from my side.

No never used it again because I had a severe hypo after one legday once and as I said it never gave me much in terms of progress or muscle mass because I was always thinking about the blood glucose levels the whole workout through -
Another restday trying to get back my apetite by cleaning out a bit incorporating more greens and veggies. Also taking the car today to the mechanic because there’s something to fix which isn’t that cheap to be true. Always fucks with me when I have to pay 1-2000€ to fix things with that…

Depends on a lot of factors. Are you recovering well enough? Sleeping enough? Are you in a surplus or diet? Are you very active in your freetime and job. Managing your recovery capabilities will be a big deal for you to get both sports in.

I am with Kam here if something is painful you have to evaluate where it comes from and it is not the best way to just stop it.
That’s just a nonsense advice from doctors haven’t even trained once in their life.
As a physiotherapist myself I would at first check my execution to really see if there’s something wrong with it from there on you can go and get some massage if this is the problem or you need more mobility or stretching routine. -
Yes I am with Ryan a lot of people have this from breathing the wrong way maybe you should check that before thinking of something more severe

Yes if you only have limited gym time for strength training use steps to get your cardiovascular health in 🙂
