Hey buddy, if your planning to go back on cycle soon I would definitely go down to a very low cruise dose of test 100-125mg/ week is more than enough to hold onto some tissue during this period. That’s personally what I would do.

Hi Louis, Thanks for the response, I probably wasn’t too clear in my post. I’m today 5 weeks into a 16 weeks cycle, giving that the gyms are to close for 4 weeks do you think it’s worth taking my Test E down to a trt and then in 4 weeks basically starting again at 350mg or giving that it’s possibly only 4 weeks and I should have access to probably just enough in terms of equipment and weights to keep me somewhat going should I just stay on 350mg and continue as normal? Really depends if the 4 weeks are really 4 weeks or they will be prolonged if it’s longer than go down to trt otherwise I would stay.[/quote]

For me as well i like to have a very controlled eccentric and a powerful concentric to have good tension on the muscle whilst working it

I don’t think this will hinder your fat loss in anyway. It’s fine if you don’t get any bloating from it or it is impacting bad on your divestive health

I would lower the calories on training days a bit because you won’t have as many steps as normal IF you move a lot at work normally IF not I would just stick to the plan and adjust as you go

I guess it’s the best to try it out if it helps you fine if not just quit it. It always differs from person to person the same with foods if you found foods that fit well stick with them 🙂

I agree with Clare as well deload or restweek would probably benefit you now the most and then give yourself more rest between workouts like pull push rest legs rest repeat
