    Sunday pretty exhausted of yesterday’s competition day so will rest up today and have the last pullday at my gym tomorrow

    For me it would always effect my apetite so I can’t do orals in an offseason would also make my bloodwork go to shit. I see offseason as a little of a clean out phase.

    is always subjective if you get yourself overall warm before the workout as well or just jump into the workout

    Depends what’s your main focus if erector growth and strength need to improve put it as 1st or 2nd in the workout if not a little later
