    100oats 600ricemilk 60whey
    100sustain intra 35mps max
    200rice 250chicken 300 spinach
    200 rice 250 chicken 300 spinach 125 light mozarella
    250 tortellini 4eggs 30whey

    Once I got tested positive and had symptoms I completely rested up not even doing cardio at home. I would advise to do the same until you are fully recovered and start with a training week with reps shy from failure.

    Soy and soyproducts contain phytoestrogens(PE) which block the real estrogen from docking on the estrogen receptors. In medicin (PE) are often used as antiestrogen for example at breast cancer patients.

    No problem my man as my wifey is vegan we are reading a lot of pubmed studies about that topic 🙂

    Definitely looks a machine where you can perform a lot of exercises which is space efficient. I can’t tell from the pictures I have seen if it’s stable maybe you find someone who can give a honest review on it.
