If you slow down the concentric you will decrease loading because of that.
A 2-3 sec eccentric will be good to have control over the rep but I don’t see a reason to slow down the concentric. -
Resting today. Tomorrow there’s coming up a pullsession with main moves hs high row and bb row.

If a bigger deficit is not helping maybe stressmarkers are increased and you will just need some days off training and then everything will work better as stress markers are down.

No difference. But it always feels better to do it fasted imo but if there’s no time in the morning or this would just impact your recovery and sleep do it whenever you have time to. Probably 3-more hours away from training I would say.

Restday today. Got to do the clients peakweek plans for the upcoming week. Maybe give the car a clean up inside and outside. Other than that a massage gun of achedaway came in today. The guys just sent me the pro version for free which I very appreciate. Gonna give a feedback soon on youtube and maybe on here as well 🙂

I think the bodyfat levels are okei to gain more size just keep your shape in eye. But as you said your goal is to get as big as possible so let’s eat?

I think than you might stick to the very easy digestive foods like baby rice, Riceflakes, maybe pumpkinsquash or even sweet
potato if white potatoes don’t fit.
