Very shitty pullday as we trained at das gym today. I really don’t like it there anymore. I just love the kit at fightness in our new gym so stupid idea to switch to another gym today.
260pull was okei but a bit misgrooved.

Why don’t you like training at das gym anymore? Is it just because of the kit?
Atmosphere isn’t quite the same as 2019, too crowded, and missing kit if I compare it to other gyms. I think it’s still a very good gym for powerlifting and maybe bodybuilding as well, but I rely a lot more on machines now especially for pullday and the machines there don’t really fit my training so this is all personal preference and no offence to das gym at all.

Easy to check if it’s real. Inject 30mins prior to take bloodwork. If Igf1 levels are elevated it’s real.

Had a very good push pumpsession today. Everything above 10 reps which felt very different to my usual repranges.

Offseason still going on and the work is being done meticulously everyday. I want to be better by next year, so I better tick off every box everyday until then.

Hi David the progression method you are asking about is as follows:

You work out a reprange for your 1st and 2nd failure set.

Something like: 1.st set you strive to get 5-8reps, 2set you strive to get 9-15 reps.

So to take your example from above if you rowed the 150for5. When this rotation comes around again you try to get more reps on it. When you pass the 8 reps you will increase load.

Please be careful to standardize your execution to really be objective with your progression.

I hope this helps you my man :)?

Hi man I do not digest blended food very well I really try to get foods in that digest very well and a very dense in calories. But this was a process of many years to get used to this kind of eating and calories. So if you ate 4000 till now I would never advise to just bump it up to 5 or 6000. That’s the best tip I can give you. Give yourself time to increase calories.

Don’t weigh yourself everyday. In a push up the phase you might gain some water and fat that’s just normal. You might overthink too much. Post pics of your shape if you are unsure of your shape and what to do.

do you weigh daily during a gaining phase ?
No actually I don’t weigh myself at all most of the time. I weigh myself at checkins maybe once or twice a month. I really don’t care about the number I want to see progress on my pictures or in the mirror not on the scale. Nobody asks you onstage how
    much you weigh.

Definitely don’t need to cut calories in another day or meal for a free meal except your bf is very high which should put you into a minicut or a diet. So don’t overthink to much if you are eating to plan the other days a week. Most of the time in an offseason i don’t even have the apetite to go for a meal out but that’s just me eating 5-6000kcal on daily basis
