Haven’t done this yet I most of the time cook it fresh. But if you notice that switch to cream of rice maybe this helps.

Definitely work on your recovery more to be fresher so you don’t have to increase your exictement by an eca stack . If you’re lethargic might be because of big carb meals maybe try out the ALA product of trainedbyjp nutrition IN-SURE helped me a lot 🙂

Definitely explain to them first why salt or sodium is needed in your daily routine and even more so when you workout and sweat a lot. Hdyration and electrolytes are very impotence for a good gym performance and also in a life without gym.

Hi Kevin . Hope your well . Now your post workout meal is a large serving of cor , how long do you wait Before your next meal ? Assume it’s not within an hour after now ? King regards

Not always COR could also be a chicken rice meal, than I ‘ll wait about 2 hours I guess until the next meal.

You burn glycogen during training and adding simple sugars to your post workout helps you fill up glycogen stores post training faster than for example oats which has more fiber and fats in there as for exampe rice based crispies which also digest a lot easier so that’s that ?

    Ok i understand Thanks man[/quote]
    You’re welcome!

Definitely depends on how you feel. If you’re very hungry switch the intra for food but as long as it’s possible keep it to have your workout fueled.
