I definitely would state potato has more potassium in it that might be the reason why, if we talking about muscle fullness if you meant stomach than it’s because of the higher fibre than rice

Belly is getting bigger because of bloating . Try to figure out foods which you can digest well and maybe add a digestive aid to help with that.
Trying to gain as much muscle as possible and staying at the same weight, bodyfatlevels or not eating in a calorie surplus won’t work man. Eat a cal surplus eat things that digest well train intense and log your trainings in a logbook to watch your progression. -
Restday still a lot of work to do:
-Sending out logbooks
-doing laundry
-vacuuming the flat
-prepping everything for sundays youtube video
-grocery shopping
-and trying to rest and eat as good as possible??Tomorrow pushsession with michael as in the good old lockdown days.

Today’s legsession is coming up and looking at the logbook numbers I get a little scared? haven’t squatted in a while 2-3 weeks because of restweek and another week of hacksquats.
Let’s see what we can get there today. -
Sure just switch it out to the legpress no need to perform exercises that cause you pain or loading away from target muscle. Also I would have someone to check your execution because this sounds like a execution/mobility problem to me.
2nd if you want no lower back loading and a switch for a barbell row go with chest supportes rows like chest supported tbar rows.

Depends on how much space you have and how much money you wanna spend on it.
I would always go for a spinning bike doesn’t take up too much space and isn’t very expensive. -
Push coming up today, switched low incline db press as we only have 65s which get too light for the whole offseason coming up. Switched it to Hs incline which I haven’t performed in a while in a fixed rotation. Let’s see what we will get there. Numbers in there are the numbers from before the restweek.

I would fit in cardio when you have the time to and if that’s before last meal than do so 🙂
In diet I really liked pre last meal cardio helps to digest everything a lot better through the night 🙂 -

But I do not see a reason why you cannot use simple sugars outside the pwo window.
I use them in form of haribo to bump up my meals when I have a day when my apetite is very low.
