Hey Kevin,
how do you handle your calorie and macronutrient intake during your deload phase? Do you change anything compared to your previous training or rest days?Hey buddy I am a little lower in calories normal I am in 5300/4800 tr/restday, on this week I try to give digestion a bit of rest as well and I am at about 4500 calories a day 320 protein 650 carbs 80 fats. But there’s not really anything changed a lot 🙂 I like to eat the same foods day in day out

Definitely feeling a lot fresher today. 25mins cardio on the treadmill and mobility work afterwards . Filming a fullday of eating for yt tomorrow.which very much answers of flux81 🙂

Definitely start to add about 3-500 cals from there and when diet comes around you got much more cals to play with when the diet starts.

cardio walk in the morning
mobility and blackroll routine
sent out some sneaks as I am a little into the resell game? -
I would usually go for a quick digesting carb source as rice or crean of rice with a added protein source 🙂 if I would be in your position and have your goal.

Definitely lower the weight to keep locked in. Also not a fan of moving the bum forward but Kuba and Aj will have a good reason for to do it, they know their stuff 🙂

to take ages. also cutting the cals pretty strict. If theres a comp

Okei then just look what you can get from a minimal dose of cardio so your performance doesn’t take hits -

Pullday today new type of order we pulled out deadlifts as markus and i already got strong erectors we need to work more on upperback and lats so this is the new plan

Stay busy try to do housework, client work if you coach, just something that gets your head off of the food.

I like the simply tastes of JP Iso much better than the overly sweet ones on dymatize and quality of jp iso is outstanding
