you have to stir it up very fast with boiling water and if it gets lumpy add more boiling water to it.

First time very much taking control over the selfmade 70kg dumbells.
Duct tape saved the progression today?.
Bringing them into position a little too wary, but better slowly getting used to the weight:) instead of hurting myself.

Filmed the whole session for youtube today so be prepared for a new video landing this weekend on my youtubechannel??.

Refeeds in terms of higher carbs make sense but only:
    1. if you feel your performance is decreasing(logbook shows you)
    2. if bodyweight is decreasing too fast in a diet period(calorie deficit)
I don’t see a reason to refeed in an offseason when in a constant calorie surplus.

    1. My first go to would always be intraworkout carbs+eaas and whey if you struggle to get all
    your meals in.
    2. health supps to keep your body as healthy as possible(but only if there’s enough budget for it)
    3. other funstuff but none of them are essential

    Insane Legsession today?
Went up to 8 1/2 pps on the precor hacksquat. Took everything out of me. Had to beat Markus on the backoffset so I did 7pps for 14 reps.
Solid session these rotation we will stick to know.
    Week 1: Squat, Squatmachine
    Week 2: Hacksquat, Linear hackpress
    as main moves?
Fullsession added in the pic below

Seems like not a ton of volume for quads, great to see that such approaches work too ! [/quote]
Not that much but I want them bigger
to make my waist look smaller

Definitely put the most carbs around training and put fats at morning and last meal.
