If you do a hell lot of cardio like 40minutes 7 times a week you can also drop some cardio but more food combined with adequate exercise is definitely the way to go 🙂 -

Depends on what your goal is really.
Sticking to the same diet(calories macros) like before sounds good to see where your baseline is. Just adjust from there on.
if you want to get more bodyfat off and you are stuck add cardio in you don’t need to do it in the gym you can also use walks bike rides or running just checking your pace.
If you want to gain more tissue and your bf level is at a decent amount yet slowly taper up calories back up again. -
Just keep the cinnamon in if you like that taste it’s still just a spice no need to have further worries about that

10k is what I aimed for most of my photoshoot prep during lockdown. But past few weeks since gyms have been open and I’m back doing 1-1s on the gym floor this has gone up alot just from doing my job and getting to work lol. So I’ll average between 13-15k with no real effort now. Pre lockdown I was doing 15k plus as I was super busy. By September I think it will go up again when majority of clients come back from holidays and my diary is packed again.

But check out what the cereals have been made of maybe you don’t digest them well rice for the most people is very easy dugestable. I have my jp cream of rice pwo fits my stomach very well -

push session first time 65 for 9reps with new dumbells at the new gym. I feel so awesome training at this facility not very crowded and Markus and I can really focus on perfect lifting without any kind of interruption.
The following months will bring tissue I can nearly smell it?? -
I don’t count warm
up sets as they are not near failure. As the workout goes on 2nd 3rd exercise in I might do one feeler set and then 1-2 worksets No need for a lot of warm up sets as for example a biceps curl??♂️ -
Rest day today very smashed of yesterday’s session? so well needed rest. Just a morning walk and maybe some stretching mobility and blackrolling later that day:)
