Another restday coming up, seems like I have to rest up till friday today get rid of this little cold ?

Funny question. But I guess it’s person dependent how you fit into a machine or smith.

Set up from the volume sounds very good to me but depends massively on you ability to recover. Try as people stated above to give yourself more rest between training days if you feel battered from the last session.

Safety bar is very good on the quads as the centre of loading is very much to the front in comparison to a backsquat. Other than that it’s much easier to get under the bar at a safety.

Resting today feeling a little off so I will take my time because there a big week ahead. Adolf Burkhard is arriving on Thursday in Vienna for the Seminar on saturday. So I gotta make sure everything s running smooth until thursday

If you are very hungry I would increase first on base meals as this gets you more satiated as an Intra drink. But if you are in control over your hunger happily add it to your intra to have even better workouts 🙂

Finally mentally recovered from thursday’s legsession? so I will do a little metabolic session in my hometown before I will leave back to Vienna. Other than that tomorrow deadlifts are on the menu?

I would always say if you have serious goals you won’t do a percent that can cause you harm in terms of hypertrophy but as Ryan stated sure a lot of people do it . I can only speak for myself I don’t enjoy it so it’s easy to stay away from it

Today birthday celebration with the family in my hometown. Doing a little boat cruise and enjoy some food.

You don’t have to force yourself to pit everything in one week . A lot of guys have this mindset because they are comimh from a split training where everything has to be done from monday to sunday. PPL allows you more possibilities to rest and train whenever you can.
