Sorry mate I don’t know this product and its quality. I can only speak for trained by jp products and they have the highest quality ingredients in there in which I fully trust.

Not necessary but I would say this depends on your bodyweight a lot if you get very heavy and you realize fitness level is dropping drastically you should definitely incorporate some type of cardio also it helps a lot with recovery if you don’t overdo it .

Resting up until thursday .Feels like I overdid it with work in the last weeks… a lot of video recording, 6new clients, Shoe trading/selling, brutalworkclothing is growing and growing and on top of that planning the adolf burkhard seminar+prepping meals and didn’t want to loose performance in the gym??.

Have to reset and calm down a bit to get back to old strength in the gym.

Totally okei imo but you could also use tuna or smoked salmon as cold protein sources and as Corinne stated to create a surplus you need to get a little uncomfortable (fat) to gain new muscle tissue so not really a problem

As I read through your words I think you are not really about competing anytime soon. Also if you started working together with a new coach I would give this time to work properly and that your coach learns to know how your body reacts to certain cals and foods. So I would definitely state wait and give yourself the time to get used to the new coach. I for example don’t prep clients if they weren’t 6months with me before so I get to know them better. Then diet and everything is much easier to coach for me if I know how the body reacts to certain amount of calories or macros.

Haven’t seen 24mg in red or orange yet the real ones are always coming in yellow and as kuba stated with much more powder.

It’s always good to take t4 with t3 so the body’s own production doesn’t shut down completely but if you wanna know more about that @stefankienzl is the person to ask for.

Depending on the goal and the available calories I would definitely chose to eat as many carbs as possible around(+intra) training.
That’s where you can profit in terms of energy for your workout
