    Resting today just a little cardio mobility session, pt and then onto deep tissue massage. Next training will be legs on saturday with michael 🙂

    Definitely not ignore a bloat because it will cause inflammation in the stomach which can lead to decrease in performance. So just switch it out to another protein source??‍♂️

    As clare stated check how your output is when you are back in the gym and decide from there where you wanna go but a reasonable 2-300cals increment of carbs will definitely give you more energy to progress your weight and logbook again 🙂

    Restday but not really because I will be part of a music video which will be filmed today pray to god I don’t have to dance? I am just the bodybuilder because the song is about diversity or some shit. But yeah some jobs are just out of interest and money is good so why not try:)

    Doing a Push/ Pullday today with a buddy of mine. Some barbellrows and incline barbellbenchpress for mainmoves and a little fluff to round it up 🙂

    I don’t see a reason to do tren except for the last weeks of prep. Also if you ask to have less sides stay away from tren. I can’t get my head around that people think dosages or specfic substances are responsible for „better gains“. To grow use a good surplus progressive training and if you want to use substances, use the ones which give you the least sides. If know that tren gave you all the mentioned sides why do want to do it again?

    Resting today 🙂 2 walks, getting my meals in, stomach felt bit off since yesterday so started food at midday, that’s about it 🙂

    I see no problem here I try to keep my fats at 60-70gr a day at a bodyweight of 120kg. I like fat sources from plants even more like walnuts avocados and so on. If you are enhanced there shouldn’t be any hormon issues even if you stay at very low fat intake. Because you push your hormones to superficial levels with exogen substances.

    Yes, I am enhanced, thus I have exogenous test and T3. Just to be clear, I’m talking about 50 g total fat including trace fats; not just primary fat sources. I was explicitly asking since you, in another thread where I wrote about my f**ed up metabolism, stated that you wouldn’t go below 80 g of fat/day? Do you agree that keeping fats as low as possible should minimize body fat accumulation?
    And what about non training days? Do you feel the need to consume more fats on those days or can I still keep them at 50 g ? I simply don’t see any sense in consuming more fats than my body needs for its hormonal functions.[/quote]
    I haven’t said that I wouldn’t go low on fats I said you have to up
    the carbs instead of the fats to keep the metabolism running. I think you understood that wrong sorry. It always depends on your bodyfat levels and if you are in a calorie surplus or deficit. But definitely if you have a high carb surplus instead of a high fat surplus you won’t gain bodyfat at a rate as if it was other way around.
    You can go with maintenance calories on restdays and up the fats a bit as you don’t need that much carbs as energy source because your output won’t be that high depending on your job and schedule.
    So all in all there is no real this is it answer you will just have to try and error for you. We are just here to share our knowledge and experiences.[/quote]
