There’s the thing! If you can afford eat veggies in your diet eat the veggies if you have to eat enormous amounts of calories you won’t get all your needed greens in if you struggle to eat. Therefore a greenspowder is a good addition.

Definitely an option when you can’t fit in a solid meal. Whey also digests very fast so that’s the difference to for example a meat meal. So basically saying if you would just use whey as a protein source you would have to eat/drink every 1 1/2-2 hours.

I haven’t done any casein in a while but I like whey combined with nuts which has simply the same effect as the fat slows down the digestion and uptake 🙂 have my choc fudge brownie jp whey which is imo the best tasting one????????????

As mentioned a week of deload. Ahead because of a little issue with my wrist. Suprisingly good pumpy session today just did everything I could with minimal rest periods between sets to get a good blood flowing workout.
Pullovers, Low row, rowingmachine neutral grip, closegrip pulldown, reardelt pull hammercurls. everything in neutral grip position was painfree which made me very happy wrist also feels a lot better today☺️ -
Wrist feels awful unfortunately but today’s a planned restday. Tomorrow I will see how it feels, but I think I will do someting like deload whole body sessions this week and just resting my wrist to heal up and be 100% again

Upper today:
Hurt myself a little unfortunately at the db shoulderpress. Whilst someone handed me over the 50kg db for my last warmup my wrist cracked a little????. For the loadingset switched the spotter???? and just wrapped my wrist tighter.

after that my wrist wasn’t feeling very well so ended the session????. -
