Tryed one in 2015 in my classic diet but didn’t notice much of a difference. As hilly stated for certain fat depots yohimbin will do the job 🙂

Definitely time is the factor to consider. The more time you spend in a deficit the leaner you will get 🙂

Definitely a more psychological way to look at it. You can’t just put up a strict diet and put her into weight training(which at this age is in theory not advised). At this age this is not
the way to go. Also try to have her stay away from
the “this is shitty food this is good food” This builds a very negative environment and relationship to foods.
If she really wants to loose weight try to encourage her to do
more activities outside or sports which she can enjoy, where her daily rate of consumption gets increased. -
Try to look at it like that: It’s a hobby even if it’s a very serious one but definitely your choice so try not to be mean to her it was your choice to do it. Other than that try to give her more attention and time when contests are over to let her know she “gets something back” when prep is over.Try to keep everything at a sane healthy level because she’s trying to help you and understand it in any way(I do hope so for you). Hopefully this is a useful advice for you.

I would go for a treadmill which is easy to put a side or a bike.

I always had the blue ones and no problem with it but nowadays people seem to like insulin needles more.

I don’t want to sound like I judge but I don’t know if tren and winny is worth
(healthwise) to hit just for a holiday shape. Why would you up the dosage and add in such heavy contest prep compounds as tren and winny to get in shape if you can just do it with a standard test amount as you took 350 stay with it and work on your dietplan and output to get to the shape you wanna get to. Just my thoughts????????♂️ -
If you can progress your logbook well with 500/500 I wouldn’t add another compound to it. Also With test:npp I would go with a 2:1 ratio so maybe you can have superb results with a little less npp as well and not jump in on the high end of dosages.

Pullday was pretty decent increased some numbers some stuck but had better feeling at the barbell rows so I take that.

I am definitely with corinne here, doesn’t matter as long as you can fit it in your day perfectly. Somedays I have 5 somedays 6 depends on training or off day for me.
