Could be that it is cycle related you can only check that by eliminating the compound you’ve never taken before.
Could also be stressrelated or something else so you could try some halcyon (ashwagandha) to help you decrease your stresslevels -

Haven’t heard of that only know liposuction which is pretty harsh on the body and I wouldn’t advise , I like to have my nutrition on point and do training then you will loose fat and buildmuscle 🙂

Depends on how much carbs you can easily digest without interfering you workout performance. You will have to try n error to find out. If you are now taking in 20gr hbcd try 40gr and see how you like it in terms of digestion and the performance. -
