If your daily total cal intake allows that sure , higher carbs around bigger muscle group training is a very efficient way to use them as a energy source and for recovery needs 🙂

As the others said I see no reason to take it in an offseason because on a good cycle your sex drive will be increased. Sometimes really annoying if it gets too high????. In my case I only use Proviron in the week before a contest when I stop injecting test prop to remove all the inflammations and water retention from injecting. Holds the androgen levels up so that’s the reason why I take it at this point of prep. Haven’t had a reason to use it in an offseason.

I am with hilly don’t drop 2k, go to 4000 that will do the fat drop job for weeks and also your apetite will be back very soon if the cal drop is too little you can go further down after you tried the 4000.
