Most of the time maybe a week or so to deload, and raisining calories to an extent week per week just look how your physique is progressing all the fokd innthe mirror. If you are at a good steady point then stop raising calories and focus on your logbook again

Definitely an option to improve recovery sleep and for recovery of tendons and ligaments.

with 2ius it really doesn’t matter when you take it throughout the day. But as hilly mentioned pre bed is fine.

1-2 ius is fair enough to help with recovery and also cns recovery. If you haven’t taken some before start off with 1-2 ius and then you will see the difference.

I’ve ordered mine from amazon in the past but wasn’t very happy with it because it had a negative impact on my gym sessions, I’ve used breathing techniques to have better abdominal control.

After @louis-moylan s answer this one will be too short ????.
I have to eat very large amounts of food in an offseason so if I want something which is most of the time not the case I’ll just plan it in. I don’t call them cheatmeals as I think the term cheat is kind of negative.
In my opinion if you are advanced and have to eat a lot of calories during an offseason(also means you carry a good amount of lean tissue) than a meal off in a week will probably won’t hurt you.
But as I said in my terms I normally don’t like to eat at all???? because I have to eat a lot of calories all day everyday but things I will not eat are things which are very high in fats because or foods I know will hurt my digestion the next days that’s the main part for me when I think about eating foods off the chosen offseason foods.

Hit the nail on the head there lad! ????????

Back at the gym superb session today. Although the weights with calibrated plates felt different than the panatta plastic plates at michaels gym.
Still got a good decent session in. Got rid of all the junk volume and focused on acutal work in every single set.
