I guess the 50min time limit won’t be forever so just use this time maybe to do a little less compounds and focus more on metabolic work because at these you do not need a lot of warmups or rest inbetween

Restday#4: No gym today just a walk in the inner city today with wifey if I feel tomorrow like I feel today I’ll get back to work.
These off days served me very well 🙂 to get rid of some systemic fatigue. -

Yes definitely I always had normal
rice cookers in the past but this one is so simple and easy to use and clean -

45mins cardio, mobility stretching and blackrolling done. Getting all my meals in. 1 more day to go before I will be back at it on monday. -
I had the best experiences with the fitbit any type of it. Can track a lot of fancy stuff and use it with the iphone app.

I only know a few studies and the participants of these studies had the best beneftis and outcomes at 0,2mg per kg bodyweight as far as I know.

Barbell bench a little down in reps but control definitely very good.
Overall good day, just listing the progressive lifts the little pump volume at the end is not listed. -

Pick exercises where you can put a good amount of load on the muscle and do them over and over again. If you feel you are getting to sloppy on execution just lower the weight and work back up with perfect execution. I see no need to switch exercises when they get hard. That’s where you can grow the most physically and mentally if you stay persistent
