Totally resting up today because tomorrow is deadlift and for another week an all time pb is on the menu???? 280kg for 6 reps.
Last weeks progress (in 2 week rotations)
220×14, 240×10, 260×8.

Things I use in my recovery artillery:
Deep tissue massage
Stretching
Mobility work
Cold chamber but I should do that more???? I only did it 3-4 times now but feels awesome.

Yes so that’s what it looks like we don’t have restrictions but recommendations.
2 m distance when training
clean desinfect all kit after using it , showers open only with 1 m distance same in lockerrooms i think that’s about it. no mask to wear whilst training which is very important -
Hunger is a thing I don’t know for example (eating 5-6000kcal a day)
others are very hungry through their whole offseason(eating 2500) because if they eat more they got horrendously fat.Use hunger as a good thing in an offseason if you aren’t ever satiated up the greens and drink more this will help to an extent

Last 2 months were amazing in terms of progression thanks to Michael who pushed me to my limits and it was like a little training camp lowered frequency and had such intense sessions was just amazing

If i wanted to bring up caffein I would use caffeine tablets
but as I don’t like coffee at all and can’t handle large amounts of it I am

I like your podcast very much, keep up good work. I have a question about back off series. Do you have a certain number of reps in it or going to failure?
backoffsets I try to get to 10 and above but yes all my sets are to failure as exection breaks the set is over
