I have used this set up a week now and weighed myself this morning and gained 2lb! However I look and feel as if body fat has dropped.
My workout intensity has increased due to investing in heavier weights and increase load rather than doing mainly high rep and and body weight stuff so could be increased water retention due to inflammation from DOMS or possibly gained back some of the lost muscle mass due to lockdown? God knows.
Will persevere another week, track weight and adjust calories or energy expenditure if no change.
Thanks for the adviceThat 2lbs can come from anywhere and might be just because you ate a little more volume of food and digestion is just getting used to the foods. Keep us updated on your progress????

I think if progress in the logbook or the muscular progress is stalling you might need someone to check your execution.
And you don’t believe it will make you grow ? how long are you the the PPL progressive working? if any less than 2 years then you will just need more patience -

Resting Today tomorrow’s main moves at the legsession will be some vsquats and banded widestance legpress which I haven’t done in a while.

unfortunately slipped again to the left side whilst bb benchpressing at the main set with 140kg still got out 9 reps today.
whole session:
BB Flat Benchpress 140×9,150×6, 120×14
Sterling Shoulderpress 5ppsx3, 3ppsx15 slow ecc
BB upright row 3 sets
Triceps cable pushdown 2sets
Sideraisesmachine life fitness 2 sets
butterfly 2 sets, weighted stretch at the end of the last set -
If you feel exhausted take the break as needed I wouldn’t overthink that too much . Just make sure you will always do it the same way. If you struggle with too much rest between sets try to improve your cardiovascular endurance.
