Anavar and all kinds of orals can cause digestive issues. I am really not a fan of them at all the only time I would use them is at the end of a contestprep .

db crossbody hammercurls 2sets
kettlebell concentration curls 2sets -
I’ve tryed 100mg/ml and 200mg/ml and noticed no difference but definitely would always opt for the lower dosage per ml

How is your week set up in terms of training days? I see your training 4 days a week, how are the rest days structured? Thanks

The basic set up is
Monday: Pull
Tuesday: Push
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday:Rest
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Upperbody metabolic day
Sunday: Rest
I do 20mins of cardio daily stretch mobility and blackroll stuff at restdays

The thing is what are your prioritys if you wanna be a good bodybuilder you don’t need to be insanely strong if shoulders are still progressing well in muscle size. For Strength programs I think you would have to look up some powerlifting programs if you only want to get stronger

I have BB benchpress in my rotation now.
I started to love it.
I never used it because the fear of tearing a pec but if I do them a bit paused and with the purpose of only hitting perfect reps I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t use it.
If you don’t get a good connection with the exercise maybe you have to get your execution right or just swap it to dbs
