Resting up today doing a big morning walk and enjoying this sunday.

Tomorrow there’s a pullsession with main move BB Rows. -
Def think it’s the same for men and women. The thing is whats your main goal if it’s deeper abs then go for crunches and legraises but for getting that waist in better control try some vacuum breathing techniques

Judging on what I saw at your pics definitely go back to a cal surplus and aim for more size bodyfat looks already very low judged on the pics

If you want to get bigger and are at this kind of size and shape I would definitely opt for a calorie surplus to build new tissue 🙂

Restday putting new things and orders together for my clothing brand brutalworkclothing. These times when people are home the number of orders have increased insanely. So I guess I kinda profitted a bit out of this whole crisis thingy also new clients and new memberships at my own german membershipsite get-imp .
So there’s not one day I feel I have nothing to do which I really like. I just love what I do an with what I earn my money so I guess you could say the universe took good care of me. -
Generally speaking increasing weight is something you really have to get a feeling for. But for now just set a fixed range 5-9 10-15 and if you can do perfect reps and go over the set rep range increase the weight.

Today restday putting some new wheels on the car today for summer.
checked in with @stefan today we both a very happy how things progressing now at 119morning weight. Taking delts adducturs and hammis into a little more focus to round up this physique to be more classy 🙂 -
Insanely smashed today of yesterdays new deadlift pb and after that building the new shoulderpress.
But Push was on the cards and went very well 🙂

Maybe see a massage therapist I know those lower back pumps post contest prep but this always helps me a lot if everything is in line. Also I try not to do as much warmup sets as usual cause it hinders my performance.
If you feel sleep apetite or digestion getting off than think of a deload I don’t think if everything s at an all time high you should stop riding that train ????Yeah that makes sense, unfortunately don’t have access to my therapist at the minute due to lockdown, but will do a bit more release work around the hips etc.

Also a lot of mobility work helped me through this. And to this day helps me to get primed for big compound lifts try to get the muscle flexible and stay mobile when it comes to building new tissue -
