Hey, Thanks for answering, yes I have always had one more outgoing than the other since when I started training but as it was smooth I hardly noticed eheheh. When I train with dumbbells, I feel my left chest tense more than my right chest and the strength is almost equal, the left is slightly stronger than the right. I think it has to do with the insertion of the muscles or even with the bones because I have the ribs on the left side more open than the right. I will leave a photo of some time ago where they can observe, now it is much better but still it is one of my paranoias.Obviously, it is more noticeable when I contract my chest as in the photo.
    Thanks.

When you say it’s much better, how much better? Any chance we can see it?
Also what have you done to improve it?

Not so much difference is noticed anymore, the shape of the muscle on the right side is different from the left and that I believe I cannot change. The volume level is not as different as in the photo. What I did was in 2 workouts of the week, at the end, I inserted two chest exercises (example: flat bench press and dumbbell flys) doing them with my right arm only for 4 sets, and I’ve been focusing more on the right side contraction than the other. Do you recommend anything to help improve even more?[/quote]
Have thought about seeing a massage therapist I had the same problem my right one was a little smaller than my left one also the volume was a little different. For me it was the chest vertebrae moving out of position which was causing the problems. Maybe this helps if you spine gets lined up properly.

Hi Kevin, how’s the off-season going overall, how do you feel about your performance, physique progress etc? ????

Hi buddy overall a good progression in size and strength I would say. Also the more frequent pushdays built up my weak chest.
For now I am just at a little holding phase I would say. Trying give my belly a little break from feeding. 4000/4500 rest/trainingdays but mid or end of may I will push calories back up again.
    So everything fine 🙂
Also feeling very well recovered with 750test e and 450primo a week that’s as high as it will get in an offseason for me.
I see no reason to take 3-4 gr a week.
    Thanks for asking ????

Just try it out if it works for you . I personally never liked single arm presses because it’s very hard to stay stable with a certain amount of weight.

I would definitely opt for a morning shot and then drink my intra during the workout.
I think this is the best option for you
or 1,5 morning and 1,5 evening

could be a rib or some thoracic vertebrae which has moved maybe check a massage therapist or chiropractor.

Rebound is often used as the term for the weigt which is gained after a contest and the reverse diet is there to slowly taper up in calories to avoid excessive weight and fatgain.
If you use a reverse diet wisely you can gain a lot of good tissue during this time 🙂
