This depends on how you feel during training and about your digestion.
Also depends if you do intraworkout carbs or not.
I am personally not a big fan of preworkout carbs because I do intra carbs and that makes my digestion worse during the workout. So I think you should just try n error for yourself 🙂 -
Having good start to that restday. Doing my morning walk, after that breakfast then 20min crosstrainer cardio, mobility stretching and blackroll work.
Now taking a good nap ? .

Haha fuck no man. You can literally know all the science if you haven’t coached before that’s most of the time let’s say a not so perfect endresult. As you start coaching more and more clients you will notice differences between bodytypes and so on. So don’t put too much pressure on yourself . From my personal experience with my first client onstage it was a pretty good package but that could have been way worse because I was only guessing from my knowledge at the time and my experiences onstage.

I wouldn’t lay weighttraining out for calorieburn purposes. Use a calorie deficit from steps, food decrease or cardiovascular training to lose bodyfat.

I am with Lara if you can’t eat big postworkout increase intracarbs.

If the carbs are high maybe add an IN-SURE as your Ala to keep bloodsugar stable that should help with the tiredness.

I am with clare it’s hard to tell withour pics but if you feel skinnyfat go for a diet and get into a perfect spot to push up calories again.

Hey Kevin, I have been reading through the log, and from the looks of it you started your cycle around November 2019, and came to a cruise November 2020? I may have missed a cruise somewhere in there, but it seemed like you would just switch compounds and dosages? Is this pretty common? And How long would you typically cruise for after a long blast like this? Hope all is well man, thank you!
Yep you are right. I always do bloodwork every 3 months if its good I won’t switch anything. Compounds have just been switched because I took put Primo because it hurts my cholesterol HDL.
I don’t plan out the weeks of cycle because I dont’ really blast and cruise. I just go on a dosage of 1gr max and stay there and just adjust food training and recovery. If that’s common I don’t know it’s just how I like to handle things.[/quote]

Not big health problems I used to be a very slim boy with about 55kg on 186cm so as I got heavier over the years my bloodpressure started coming up so I take bloodpressure meds to have it in place. Other thatn that i use a lot of JP supps as loveheart for cholesterol and heart health curecoming against inflammation halcyon to have better sleep and recovery post workout and insure with my higher carb meals to keep bloodsugar stable. As well as the vital support for liver and knidney health.
