Yes increasing volume or frequency with bad execution just makes weaknesses weaker because if you can’t connect to it you will recruit other muscles to execute the exercise

If I have a free meal I usually place it as the last meal
of the day because as @louis-moylan said it’s most of the time a bit higher in fats and if I struggle to digest it it impacts on my other meals for the day. -

I find it easier to just track the main moves and have variations for the isolation moves like:

then
1 chest iso variation
1 shoulder iso variation
1 triceps iso variationSo it’s not a problem if anyone uses your machine
