    Yes increasing volume or frequency with bad execution just makes weaknesses weaker because if you can’t connect to it you will recruit other muscles to execute the exercise

    If I have a free meal I usually place it as the last meal
    of the day because as @louis-moylan said it’s most of the time a bit higher in fats and if I struggle to digest it it impacts on my other meals for the day.

    I find it easier to just track the main moves and have variations for the isolation moves like:
    pushday:
    3 Main lifts
    then
    1 chest iso variation
    1 shoulder iso variation
    1 triceps iso variation

    So it’s not a problem if anyone uses your machine

  • Depends on so many factors like training experience , muscular development and many others. I think it’s better for you to work through the education section of the site this will give you a much better answer to your question.
