Tri pushdowns ss db sideraises 3/3
butterfly 1 all out highrepset.Not that spectacular but I am just very grateful to get load on this body☺️ and it helps me to stay mentally in a good position.
I just need some load and bloodflowtraining a few days a week???????? -
Restday today nothing new other than we have to wear face masks to go shopping from wednesday on.

Hard to say as Michael said there is a time in prep when strength just decreases so could be that.

Fasting helped me a lot
in diet, as well as more fibre through vegetables and apple cider vinegar shot with water in the morning.
You could also try some glucomanan caps they help you feel fuller. -

I also think because of a skill factor and it’s fucking exhausting I think I couldn’t do this for 5 mins????. Also because BB are very lazy and would even more sit on a bike or use a machine because it’s much more comfortable
