Just cardio on the bike and mobility work.
Day 4 of shutdown -
I wouldn’t change a thing if you still loose bodyfat and progress you lifts in the gym.
But if you have to do more output I would do more steps or more time at LISS so it doesn’t impact on your weight training -

We went for a walk in the morning and it’s very sunny outside here in Vienna 🙂 -
Weighing uncooked is the best way imo. No waterweight or anything so it’s much more accurate.

If you really wanna do something at home
do cardio ,bands , dumbells and so on. -
Resting today after I had a good run in the last weeks.
After tomorrow all gyms in austria will be closed so there will be a little time off here.
Let’s see how long this will last. -
Don’t overdo it in prep if a normal walk or cardio will do it for you you won’t need a vest.

Hit push today backed off the loading a little this week to stay injury free while the focus was off.
Since monday I felt everything to be a little off. Since everybody is panicking and social media bumping everything up. Waking up with the thought what is the next phase going to look like.
This builds a negative mindset which leads to decrease in focus and performance.
I don’t like to say it but it’s good to have strict sanctions now to end this shit sooner then later.I hope this will end soon and we can carry on living life normally.

second: think about volume and frequency
third: switch exercises if they are stalling for too long -
???? oh yes seems like I have a run horrible legday but I’ve gotta blame myself for not sticking to my main moves at another gym. But had a client appointment so I thought I try some new moves which turned out to be horrific ????
No special load was moved today tryed to compensate it with volume^^ to get at least a pump out of this workout.
Who cares let’s get it out of my mind and go on…????????
