Restday today just did some grocery shopping and visited my sponsor dunkshop they got me a new pair of j’s ???? lucky me.

crossover triextensions 2 setsall in all bb benchpress was extremely new to me because I never had this in my routine but switched it against my move which has stalled now for over a long time the hs decline press as mainmove so now it’s just a 2nd chest highrep move after the barbell.
Let’s see where we can get this up to. -
And other exercises any hacksquat variation, pendulum and smith squats.

Could be that you just go too low and loose that stability in the lower back if you round your back in the deepest position.

As the others mentioned don’t be too concerned about weight focus on getting stronger and training performance. Stay in a good surplus.Track your lifts and everything else will fall in place.

Yep you can do less rotations and do one move over and over again but it will stall very soon as you will need at least 8-13 days inbetween to get either more reps or weight. So progress across more rotations is wiser in my opinion
