I don’t see a reason to split up over the week if you only have 350mg a week maybe inject twice but as you have test e in there it has a half life of 5-7 days a week. too often incetions build up scartissue i wouldn’t advise that skip the test p and go for 250 e5-7d that’s enough

Just curious what your typical intake looks when you are pushing the calories back up to 5000/4000

to 5000/4000
M1: 6slices of toast 1 whole egg 400ml liquid eggwhites 500ml ricemilk 50gr jp whey 30gr brazil nuts
M2: Intra 100gr sustain 30gr mps max
M3: 100gr choco rice crispies 500ml ricemilk 50gr jp whey
M4/M5: 250gr chicken 175gr jasmin rice 200gr spinachh
M6: 250gr skyr 30gr jp whey 50gr frozen berries 40gr brazil nuts

@matt-milford I’ve experienced the same issue 4-5 weeks ago. Apetite is always an issue with me.
1st thing to do is take a couple of day off frim the gym
2nd take 3-4days and only eat when you are hungry
3rd if all the above doesn’t help take a 3-4 weeks minicut into perspective just to ramp up apetite. If you want to know how just check my log.Thanks mate. I’ll go have a read[/quote]

Diet down to a comfortable bodyfat level and slightly taper up from there that’s the only advice everyone serious up here will give you.

As Oscar mentioned use it as a little warm up and start sipping your intra if you fear that this impacts your workout routine. I don’t think it will impact anything in terms of strength or endurance.

Just restructured my 2nd legday as I maxed out the powersquat at das gym so I see this one as completed???? Time to come back to topgym for the icarian hacksquat???? -

Another restday coming up today. Only one posing appointment and a bit of cardiovascular work.
The 4 days a week training seems to fit work pretty well for me with the 5000/4000 calories.
Numbers climbing up feeling fuller day by day.
