Hey Kevin, I have been reading through the log, and from the looks of it you started your cycle around November 2019, and came to a cruise November 2020? I may have missed a cruise somewhere in there, but it seemed like you would just switch compounds and dosages? Is this pretty common? And How long would you typically cruise for after a long blast like this? Hope all is well man, thank you!

Yep you are right. I always do bloodwork every 3 months if its good I won’t switch anything. Compounds have just been switched because I took put Primo because it hurts my cholesterol HDL.
I don’t plan out the weeks of cycle because I dont’ really blast and cruise. I just go on a dosage of 1gr max and stay there and just adjust food training and recovery. If that’s common I don’t know it’s just how I like to handle things.

We have it even worse here in Austria. Comes closed since november and definitely until 18th of january or even longer. Still everybody needs to work with what we have or set up if there’s money to do that.

I know im in deficit, i do cardio 6×40 minute Bike at home, 7-8000 steps 7 days a week, but i dont know Just testosteron solo is enough for prep

The important thing is to look at your gym performance. When you can hold your strength until about 3-4 weeks out I wouldn’t add in another compound if not necessary.

So you are asking if deca would be helpful to cut bodyfat?
If yes, deca nor any other med will help you cut bodyfat if you are not:
    •eating in a deficit
•using the caloric deficit to come down in bodyfat or expenditure through steps or cardiovascular.

There are meds that help boost heartrate metabolism or thyroid action but deca isn’t one of them.

  • I am with Jimmy it’s not what to expect it’s about what you are about to put into it. And with that I talk about work adherence to your set plans.

I wouldn’t overthink that but I definitely count all macros . I can’t see a reason why people don’t count proteins of carbs as if they wouldn’t be the same quality as meat. Even when they combine meat and carbs in a meal which contains protein obviously no reason to not count pasta protein. „direct“ or better sources comes down to digestion not meat nor carbs. I would always count both.

I agree with you. Calories is Calories.
But the Amino is not the same.
If I put a lot of Pasta, my ratio of Amino is poor.
This is different when dealing with occasional changes and small quantities.
    I think it.[/quote]
I agree what hilly said we think we need more than we actually require.

See a doctor which is specialist in this topic and speak to him about that is possibly the best advice I can give you.

I liked what jimmy said depends on the phase you are in. But if you are in prep adjust it yes, if you are in offseason don’t even think about it because a anniversary is once a year which won’t make any difference
