Even strength levels don’t determine where to go splitwise.
All you have to think about is how frequent can you train very intense and still progress your logbook and recover from it.
That’s all you should think about. -

-db curls 2 sets highrepSuperb session numbers went up whilst maintaining execution

4 weeks minicut done.The reason behind it was apetite was shit, struggled to get all the food in on a daily basis. I would never do a minicut because out of shape reasons. I wanna stay as long as possible in a surplus to add as much tissue as possible even if I look worse because of a little more bodyfat. No need to get superfat but if you try to gain tissue and be competitive see the bigger picture behind it.•Outcome of the minicut:– lost about 3kg(mainly water)– apetite is a lot better now– training performance improved(credit this to a lot less inflammation in my digestive system from force feeding).

– apetite is a lot better now

Hey Eric. Firstly are you progressing doing what you’re doing and are you recovering adequately between sessions? If so, chances are you’re doing something right! However, if you want to post up what you’re doing, we can take a look.
