That’s a pretty big question. The most important thing is that you can recover from it.
So pick a number of exercises and sets and if you can’t recover from it lower the volume if you can progress your logbook and recover from it it is optimal.

Just wanted to ask after that period of time if you feel better with estrogen more controled and mayble have little less water retention? or generall better feeling?

    keep going ????

Yes little less water retention but I will do bloodwork in a few weeks time then I will check how it affected my cholesterol:)

Yes completely agree with what Clare said if you can progress your logbook stay, also think about where you are at with your bodyfat levels if you want to get heavier and you are very lean there’s nothing against another 200 calorie increase.

Sounds very good to me. The fullbodyday mentioned above looks superb. Keep up with your recovery stay in a surplus, stay hydrated and take your days off if you need them.

Most of the time in an offseason there’s so much to eat through the day that I don’t even crave another meal????off plan.
Most of the time it’s a must to stay in a surplus if some days there’s too less time to eat.
But as the guys said above choose things you like and incorporate them if you digest them well. But it’s definitely not okei to get fat in an offseason.

Sas may say this because he carries more muscle than anybody else so he can get away with it;)

Depends on how you feel with it.
If you feel safer with the belt take it if you don’t really need it let it be.
The intraabdominal pressure isn’t always good if you breathe against the belt because most people loose complete tonus in their transversus abdominis and some things like hernias happen imo.
