We are bringing a PRO QUALIFIER show to Vienna. Date 5th december . It will be the first Austrian Pro Qualifier which will be open for every single athele which wants to take part????
If you read this you are happily and warmly welcomed to compete at this show on 5th december. Very happy we managed to get the Npc/Ifbbproleague over to Austria ???? -
depends on a lot of things if it fits your stomach well how much water you add to it how much carbs and eaas you add. I like it 80/20
but that’s not for everybody start lower and see if it sits well with a lot of fluid I mostly add 1-1,5 liters of water to it. -
Yes I am with Louis salt your meals well and you won’t need salt in your prew drink 🙂

Today’s session, just reducing weight a bit and getting in more paused or constant tension reps.

I feel I’ve outmaxed on a lot of moves lately in the lower repranges. So now I am getting back to even more controlled and higher repranges. Time for tissue???? and jointhealth-repranges????.

Another thing I always keep an eye on is to be even more
meticulous with execution in the second(backoffset). -
Push was okeish didn’t go all out because of triceps injury.
Felt good to pump some blood in there today. This always helps with healing imo.
A lot of voltadol and dolobene creme on there and hopefully it gets better with time. -
Hi I would take some join in maybe some anti-inflammatory supps like curcumin.
Trainingwise i would rest and go lighter with more reps if this doesn’t help deep tissue massage stretching and rest 🙂 -
Imo the rate of gain/which your body weight increases will depend on a lot of variables
how hard you train, recover, diet and so on there is nu real answer to that ???? -
Restday today couldn’t get enough sleep last night to a bad inject pain which held me up the whole night at least some painkillers did the job.
Also feel a little drained of the pr yesterday.
So rest up today and going in for push tomorrow -
Same here focus on pushing up your logbook with meticulous execution and overall growth will appear 😉 then focus on weak bodyparts.
If something is completely missing let somebody check your execution that’s the most common problem when it comes to dysbalances. -

Just depends on what your current shape is like and what are your main goals this does not depend on cycle or not.

Never go all back in only because you start to blast, add a set here and there and watch your recovery if you can recover from it perfect so my advice would be slowly taper up.
