    Adding another restday today due to a lot of client appointments today and if I can’t be 100% focused on training I will give my self a perfect day of eating and recovery and give 110% the next day???? Just learned this over the years and works a lot
    better than doing it half assed.

    Restday today over here in Austria ???? at least for me.
    Did some cryotherapy and deep tissue massage today . Apetite is coming back slowly but I recognize the deficit now???? after 2 weeks 4000/3600 minicut

    tri overhead extensions 2 restpause sets
    tri crossbody pushdowns 1 dropset

    20mins cardio

    Definitely a thing when I go completely off, so might be your test is shit and testlevels coming back or just some cramps here and there happens sometimes.

    I am with the guys if there’s no rest between 1-2nd training day
    upper lower and fullbody sounds perfect hitting every musclegroup twice a week ???????? If recovery allows.

    Legs today because I felt very well recovered of yesterday’s restday.
    Numbers flying love to see the logbook improving whilst focusing on perfect execution.
    •seated calfraises 2
    •lying legcurls 2
    •safetybarsquats 200×4, 160×9(stop), 120×15 continous no rest.
    •horizontal legpress 2
    •glutekickbacks1
    •leg extensions 2
    •add ss abd 2/2

    overall very good numbers today so vert happy tomorrow PUSH!
    There we go week for week ???? adding up to a superb year of progress.

    basal metabolic rate = bodyweight(kg) x22

    maintenance calories=
    basal metabolic rate x activity factor( 1,2 inactive – 1,9very active)

    for example:
    100kg man with an office job(1,2)
    100x22x1,2= 2640cals

    This is just a nice guideline.

    Tren is definitely a prep steroid imo and the „toxity“ depends on the dosage and the duration you are taking it.
    Also a lot depends how your bloodwork is before the usage. so if you cholesterol and kidneys are out of range it‘s probably not wise to take tren there are so many other options to go with.

    of progress☺️

    500calories above maintenance will be a good start and overall guideline????

    Restday today after a brutal week finally time for 1-2 days off depending on how I feel tomorrow ????
    Did some pictures yesterday was very happy how everything worked out until now 🙂
