Adding another restday today due to a lot of client appointments today and if I can’t be 100% focused on training I will give my self a perfect day of eating and recovery and give 110% the next day???? Just learned this over the years and works a lot
better than doing it half assed. -

Definitely a thing when I go completely off, so might be your test is shit and testlevels coming back or just some cramps here and there happens sometimes.

100x22x1,2= 2640calsThis is just a nice guideline.

Tren is definitely a prep steroid imo and the „toxity“ depends on the dosage and the duration you are taking it.
Also a lot depends how your bloodwork is before the usage. so if you cholesterol and kidneys are out of range it‘s probably not wise to take tren there are so many other options to go with. -
Superb set now get in a calsurplus have somebody to check for you execution of those exercises and you will make a lot
