@isacc-glave Rest days are there to rest Switch your split up so you can prioritize your weaknesses.
But if there is a weakness first of all I would check if execution is perfect then think about training more often or higher volume or frequency.

Restday today after legs and push.
2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off works very good for me if I feel recovered enough I will go 2 on 1 off but that depends a lot on which compounds I take that given week
Now I have 4 push rotations, 2legs and 2 pull which serve me very well so I will stick to this as long as possible ☺️

@isacc-glave The classic look is depending a lot on your genetics and the argument“you cannot build a classic body with doing push pull legs“ is imo bull???? . The way I think about is as follows:(counts for all classes)

•If you already have enough mass(which 99,9% don‘t) and you have to focus on bringing detail to your muscles then a brosplit is very helpful and maybe the right option.
•If you need to build up overall mass nothing works better than a higher frequency approach like PPL. You don‘t have to marry yourself to the exact PPL schedule. If your lowerbody is lacking maybe a upper lower will help if your arms are lagging try a push pull legs and add an armday. So you see it all depends on where your priorities are and also how you can recover from training. So there is no single right answer to what is the best split. It all depends…

    Not really „the DEBUT“ ????????
Maybe 1-1,5kg more in the right spots by the end of 2020 or spring 2021 will improve the overall physique a lot 🙂

In honesty I would always send a girl to a female coach that clicks most of the time way better than with a male coach.
And great job that you don’t “try” it just on your own that’s never a wise option and most of the time very negligent.
Also it’s often very hard to coach your partner to switch from partner to coachlevel and back around.
So good that you search a coach for her.
    Hope this helps 🙂

And regarding my legs they’re probably not as bad as i think, i wouldnt notice it on someone else, just being super self critical.
would i be doing the full body split working on 2 workjng sets, 1 load 1 back off?
    thanks again
    good luck this year

If you can take the sets to true failure 1 load 1 backoff is fine
also you have to check if you can recover from that that’s the important part about it 🙂

Yes definitely if I step onstage I wanna be competitive and not place 10-15 to collect points for the O.
The big goal is to compete at the O one day so I better step up my game????

have you at all been tempted to compete in 2020? ???? or are you and Stefan sticking strictly to 2021?

I am thinking about competing maybe at the last 2-3 shows at the end of the year in order to be visible for the judges eyes and maybe get some points for the 2021 Olympia. But @stefan and me will decide if there was enough progress to be competitive at the pro stage.
