Depends on a lot of factors
If your heartrate is getting very high at intense running session this might interfere with your recovery for strength training.
That’s why most bodybuilders go for the “easier” cardio and also because at a certain bodyweight it’s very hard to run without getting lowerback or tibialis cramps???? -
Also heard that the neoprene ones aren‘t a good deal they don‘t last very long.
As I said strengthshop the price is okei and I have them for over 2 years now -

I like the strengthshop ones they have everything single double tripple ply 🙂 for knees or ellbows

Choose different exercises and hit the muscle group 3 times a week side delts recover pretty fast as they don‘t take as much loading as a press

Depends on your goals but 6-8 weeks max. I would say and definitely a combination of scale and mirror.

Doesn‘t depend on the temperature. All depends on your heartrate. If you can get your heartrate up to the same levels as with your indoor spin bike everything is fine.

Hi buddy 2020 is all about getting as big as possible whilst maintaining my small waist.
