    Depends on a lot of factors
    If your heartrate is getting very high at intense running session this might interfere with your recovery for strength training.
    That’s why most bodybuilders go for the “easier” cardio and also because at a certain bodyweight it’s very hard to run without getting lowerback or tibialis cramps????

    Also heard that the neoprene ones aren‘t a good deal they don‘t last very long.
    As I said strengthshop the price is okei and I have them for over 2 years now

    Restday today just some mobility and cardio work
    decreased frequency of training to
    Push pull off push legs off off
    just 4 days a week training otherwise my logbook isn‘t moving where I want it to be.

    I like the strengthshop ones they have everything single double tripple ply 🙂 for knees or ellbows

    Choose different exercises and hit the muscle group 3 times a week side delts recover pretty fast as they don‘t take as much loading as a press

    Depends on your goals but 6-8 weeks max. I would say and definitely a combination of scale and mirror.

    Yes a hr monitor will help you to find out if you can match the intensity of the bike when you walk 🙂

    Today legs felt a bit weak from training them at tuesday but who cares still did blockpulls.

    Hs iso pulldown 2 sets
    Blockpulls 250×5,270×2
    Tbarrows 2 sets
    cablepulldown 2 sets
    cable pullovers 2 sets
    dorian reardeltmachine 3 sets
    dorian high curler 2 sets
    concentration curls 2 sets

    workout 10/10 happy to rest up tomorrow ????

    Doesn‘t depend on the temperature. All depends on your heartrate. If you can get your heartrate up to the same levels as with your indoor spin bike everything is fine.

    happy new year bro! what are ur main goals for this year?

    Hi buddy 2020 is all about getting as big as possible whilst maintaining my small waist.
    But I think the small waist will not be a problem but the as big as possible will be hard I have to figure out how to keep my apetite high all year through????????????
