Starting the year off with a restday ???? giving myself enough rest after 3 days in the gym. To be ready to start off a productive year.

4days a week is more than a lot of people have available when the have a 40hour job.
Upper lower is perfect for 4 days a week 🙂 -
Sumo you will activate more adductor and gluts
than in a conventional pull.
Conventional Deadlifts main focus is lowerback, and quads help with bringing the weight up to your knees. -

@kevinstuetz thankfully both of us have the same taste buds – dead haha. Anything fancier than sweet potatoes cut like they’re fries and it’s too much for either of us???? I can relate to that . I like to cook my own meals but… yeah????

schnell standing press for triceps 2sets
db sideraises 3 sets
cable flyes 2 sets
cable overhead tri extensions 3 setssuccessful day trying to add another one tomorrow!

Sounds okei to me but if you do upper lower I would at least do 4-5 rotations if you train
upper lower rest repeat. -
You can still eat together but everyone should cook for themselves trust me????

Restday today just fixed everything in our flat today and did the laundry to be ready for tomorrow:) I always love to do everything(houseworkwose) on a restday so I don‘t have to think about it when it comes to my workout day 🙂

At most sessions I even have 4 rotations if my recovery is good so every movment is coming back after about 14-15 days which I found optimal to make progress with.
For sure just doable if you have enough kit in your gym for so many rotations
