    Yes it’s all about you taking profit from it so don’t think there is a special piece where everyone can profit the most from it depends on your personal needs.

    Upper lower is perfect for 4 days a week 🙂

    Sumo you will activate more adductor and gluts
    than in a conventional pull.
    Conventional Deadlifts main focus is lowerback, and quads help with bringing the weight up to your knees.

    Thanks again all for the advice – only done it that one time still and it’ll continue to be rare – thank god for (mostly) understanding partners
    @kevinstuetz thankfully both of us have the same taste buds – dead haha. Anything fancier than sweet potatoes cut like they’re fries and it’s too much for either of us

    ???? I can relate to that . I like to cook my own meals but… yeah????

    The investment will be worth it if you hire one that suits you well. Most of the coaches will do an initial consulting session find out the prices and if you want to work with him/her. sympathy and knowledge are an important part to get a good cooperation 🙂

    Push today felt very good.
    Tryed out some new weights!
    BB High incline press 145×4, 100×21
    Gym 80 flatbenchpress 2sets
    schnell standing press for triceps 2sets
    db sideraises 3 sets
    cable flyes 2 sets
    cable overhead tri extensions 3 sets

    successful day trying to add another one tomorrow!

    Sounds okei to me but if you do upper lower I would at least do 4-5 rotations if you train
    upper lower rest repeat.

    Restday today just fixed everything in our flat today and did the laundry to be ready for tomorrow:) I always love to do everything(houseworkwose) on a restday so I don‘t have to think about it when it comes to my workout day 🙂

    At most sessions I even have 4 rotations if my recovery is good so every movment is coming back after about 14-15 days which I found optimal to make progress with.
    For sure just doable if you have enough kit in your gym for so many rotations
