Also my thought after such a long time off you should use the „beginners“ approach as less as possible with the most amount of outcome????

Yesterday very good legs session
new power squat in my rotation.
seated calfraises
lying legcurls
powersquat
legpress
hipthrusts
leg extensions
abd add superset -
I also like the legs push pull rest lower upper rest variant.
gives you a good 5 days in a week and I‘ve done this for a long time but as my legs got too big for my upperbody I cutted back on legs.
So in terms of number sets reps this totally depends on how you take a set .
If you can take a set to true failure or net giving you numbers on here is imo really senseless everybody’s recovery capabilities are different start with an amount if you recover well and the loads are progressing good stick with it.
If not try more or less -
Successful start into the day today with 20mins cardio on the bike 🙂 then some more sleep after breakfast then on to today‘s pushday. The whole training summed up⬇️

You don’t need a whole lot of stuff or supplements to better your physique just clean food which would be also good for your family so everthing is possible if you just want it.

Full body is a great style of training but if you move more loads and get more advanced it‘s very hard to recover from full body off repeat frequency.
That‘s why „the most people“ run other splits.
I think for the first 1-2 years of training it‘s very useful to learn all the movements properly. -

Won’t help you if you look at guys with that much genetic potential if you don’t have the same potential.
Strict form should always be your go to, a few reps cheated at a non dangerous exercise like a biceps curl or something won’t give you injuries but if you round your back at deads to get another rep in that’s where injuries start to happen. So stay as strict as possible always don’t get intrigued by the elite -
