Yes if you start blending your meals it reduces your ability to eat in big steps . When I tryed that the food also went through me like nothing and not even digested. Hasn‘t helped me at all.

If you really struggle wit apetite here‘s my go to:
    – Pick very dense foods rice nuts nutbutter etc.
-If apetite is getting shittier stop force feeding for at least 4-5 days and eat only when you are hungry.
-If it‘s still shit give yourself one week rest of the gym.
Sometimes very intense sessions affect your ability to eat.

If all these options don’t work something major is wrong with your body????

Sounds like electrolyte balance isn‘t where it needs to be
as corinne said stretching taking in a lot of fluid and salt help a lot
if a muscle is very sore or tight maybe a massage helps as well.

All depends on your goals if you decide to go in holiday than enjoy it. If you want to be in shape then don‘t plan a holiday imo it‘s all about what your priority is you can‘t do both and be satisfied.
Well you can‘t but for sure not 100%

Wouldn‘t prefer to increase volume just drop the load and leave reps in reserve .
I also don‘t think 2 weeks is wise if you feel recovered after one.
    Start again
If not then take a whole week off of training net time.

Nothing can outwork a balanced diet imo. All the all meat no meat no fat no carb will not lead to a better or healthier you 🙂

So a slight set back the other day, slipped a disc in my lower back so having to work around that now just doing push & pull with no lower back loading.
Luckily I didn’t do too much damage and healing quickly so will be back to legs in a week or so

What are you doing to heal that faster? massage work and voltaren?

    Definitely 1st set 6-8reps
    2nd set 10-15 reps
if the first set is higher in reps definitely go for more weight in the second one.
