I am sure you will be fine with normal white rice and won’t get any issues with that. Definitely go for jasmine rice works so well for digestion

I know the instagram game very well, gf has over 400k on instagram and I have become swept into it helping her grow it along the way.
No.1 Its far easier for females than males to grow on average
No.2 Instagram is now prioritising videos and IG TV to push peoples pages to the explore page in an effort to keep people engaged longer on the site
No.3 People want to see extreme posts, whether thats crazy weight and strenth feats or pictures of you when you are shredded – the more out of the ordinary the content is the more people are drawen to it, – so start stockpiling photos of when you are shredded
No.4 Hashtags work! – but use hashtags that are viewed by 100k-250k people dont use hashtags that are in the millions range cause you wont rank!
No.5 Shadowbanning is real, and almost makes it impossible for your account to grow! Be authentic with your engagement, instagram has introduced actions blocks where if you perform too mancy axctions in a set time period theyll block you
No.6 Use the follow/unfollow technique to start your account going, again each follow/unfollow is counted as an action, limit it to only 25-30 folows an hour or else youll get blocked
No.6 – paid shoutouts work! but vary from $100 – $3000 for a single post, ensure the account you are paying to shout you out fits your niche or youll waste your money

Wow now that’s a lot of info you can work with now????

better to post it in the diet section man 🙂 and I don‘t see a reason why one should consume postworkout caffeine pwo you need to decrease stress and cortisol so ashwagandha is the better option for that

„just“ the absorbtion of a highcarb meal is said a bit underrated.
Yes it does the mentioned above but also keeps your body more insulinsensitive when it comes to higher carb feedings and that‘s important to grow and digest everything well.

If you haven‘t used a GDA like IN-SURE you will notice a difference in fullness as well because of the better uptake in carbs.

In-sure would be my go to when you are going to give a good gda a try.

If it feels good for you stick with it that‘s the only thing that counts I can’t really picture myself doing it but if it works for you fine 🙂

Another restday today due to a lot of appointments, in the past I always trained after that or before but both didn‘t work out well so time to give myself time to recover and grow and go all in at every session I do.

I was always a raw weight guy stilm don’t get it why people weigh food cooked, but if you do so stick with it
don’t go uncooked and cooked because then things will fuck up???? decide which one you will use. But for me there’s no reason even if it looses a bit of water while cooking doesn’t make an impact on the whole game

First check youe execution or let it get checked

if that‘s perfect then we talk about frequency and 3 times a week is def too much in my understanding of a low volume high intensity approach if you train that way.

Another thing,- are you progressing in your chest exercises? maybe you vary the exercises too much so you cannot find muscle mind connection or control your progression within tge logbook

These factors above can all lead to lack of growth.
